Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 2-3
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Salad leaves as required
- Tomato 2
Method:
- Put chicken mince, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper and Chinese salt and chop it.
- Put eggs in a bowl and beat it.
- Then put chicken in mold or give shape of nuggets with hands.
- Now coat with corn flour and dip in eggs.
- Then coat with bread crumbs.
- Then ready all nuggets like this.
- You can give different shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan, put nuggets slowly slowly and fry until golden color.
- Flame should not be high.
- In end, take out in serving dish, garnish with salad leaves and tomato and serve.
