Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves as required
  • Tomato 2

Method:

  1. Put chicken mince, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper and Chinese salt and chop it.
  2. Put eggs in a bowl and beat it.
  3. Then put chicken in mold or give shape of nuggets with hands.
  4. Now coat with corn flour and dip in eggs.
  5. Then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Then ready all nuggets like this.
  7. You can give different shapes.
  8. Heat oil in a pan, put nuggets slowly slowly and fry until golden color.
  9. Flame should not be high.
  10. In end, take out in serving dish, garnish with salad leaves and tomato and serve.
