Lauki Gajar Ka Halwa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Grated carrot 1/2 kg
- Bottle gourd 1/2 kg
- Milk 1 liter
- Khoya 125 gm
- Sugar 1 cup
- Kewra essence few drops
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Dry fruits as required
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- First wash bottle gourd, peel it, take out its seeds and grate it.
- Put milk in a pot, add bottle gourd and grated carrot and cook it nicely.
- When milk dries, put sugar.
- When water of sugar dries, mix khoya and clarified butter and roast it nicely.
- When fragrance come, put kewra essence, mix it and remove it.
- In end, garnish with dry fruits and khoya, decorate with silver paper and serve.
