Garlic Filled Rolls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Flour 12 oz or 3 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter melted 1/4 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Yeast 2 tsp
- Milk powder 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Method:
- First knead dough with flour, salt, sugar, oil, yeast, egg and milk powder nicely until it becomes soft.
- Now cover it and leave for rise on hot place so it becomes double.
- Now knead dough and roll in medium size.
- Now put melted butter, garlic paste and chopped parsley and roll like swiss roll.
- Now cut into 1 inch thick pieces and keep in muffin tray. Don't press it.
- Then cover it and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
- Now cut half inch cross with scissor.
- Now brush with eggs and bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
