Garlic Filled Rolls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Flour 12 oz or 3 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Butter melted 1/4 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped parsley 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First knead dough with flour, salt, sugar, oil, yeast, egg and milk powder nicely until it becomes soft.
  2. Now cover it and leave for rise on hot place so it becomes double.
  3. Now knead dough and roll in medium size.
  4. Now put melted butter, garlic paste and chopped parsley and roll like swiss roll.
  5. Now cut into 1 inch thick pieces and keep in muffin tray. Don't press it.
  6. Then cover it and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Now cut half inch cross with scissor.
  8. Now brush with eggs and bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
