Ingredients:

  • Chocolate 8 oz
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 8 oz
  • Butter 8 oz
  • Caster sugar 8 oz
  • Eggs 4 separated
  • Flour 16 oz
  • Soda by carb 2 tsp

For Icing:

  • Butter 2 oz
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, grease one big rectangular pan. Now mix chocolate and brown sugar.
  2. How heat it lightly. Then heat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Now beat egg yolks in it, now put in flour, soda by carb, melted chocolate and milk mixture and fold it.
  4. Then beat egg whites until it becomes stiff.
  5. Now fold in mixture carefully. Then put in tin and bake on 180 degrees C for 1 hour.
  6. Now take out in wire rack and chill it.
  7. For making icing: Put butter and milk in pan and heat it.
  8. Now strain icing sugar and coco powder, put in pan mixture and mix it nicely until it becomes smooth.
  9. Add milk if required. Now put on chill cake and spread till corners.
  10. After that, set it completely. Then cut into squares.
