Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet 4
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
For Sauce:
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- French fries, Onion rings to serve
Method:
- First marinate chicken breast fillet with salt, black pepper, mustard paste, vinegar, ketchup, wooster sauce and ginger garlic paste.
- Now heat 1 tbsp oil and fry chicken fillet for 5 minutes. When it is tendered, take it out.
- Then put water, tomato paste and chili sauce in this frying pan.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in second pan, put garlic crushed, flour, water and tomato paste and cook until thick.
- Then put chicken, serve hot sizzler with french fries and onion rings.
