Chicken Sizzler by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet 4
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • French fries, Onion rings to serve

Method:

  1. First marinate chicken breast fillet with salt, black pepper, mustard paste, vinegar, ketchup, wooster sauce and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now heat 1 tbsp oil and fry chicken fillet for 5 minutes. When it is tendered, take it out.
  3. Then put  water, tomato paste and chili sauce in this frying pan.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in second pan, put garlic crushed, flour, water and tomato paste and cook until thick.
  5. Then put chicken, serve hot sizzler with french fries and onion rings.
