Tropical Fruit Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Fruit cocktail syrup 1/2 cup
  • Fruit cocktail can 1 medium
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Banana 2
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Almonds chopped 1/2 cup
  • Red and green glazed cherries 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, strain flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Now mix salt, chopped almonds, red & green glazed cherries and fruit cocktail can.
  3. Beat oil, sugar, eggs and pineapple essence.
  4. Now fold cinnamon powder, strained flour, fruit cocktail syrup and butter milk in it.
  5. Then put banana, desiccated coconut and fruit cocktail and fold it.
  6. Now put this mixture in pan and bake for 3-540 minutes on 180 degrees C.
  7. Now chill it and serve in plate.
