Tropical Fruit Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Oil 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
- Butter milk 1/2 cup
- Fruit cocktail syrup 1/2 cup
- Fruit cocktail can 1 medium
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Banana 2
- Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
- Almonds chopped 1/2 cup
- Red and green glazed cherries 1/2 cup
Method:
- First, strain flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Now mix salt, chopped almonds, red & green glazed cherries and fruit cocktail can.
- Beat oil, sugar, eggs and pineapple essence.
- Now fold cinnamon powder, strained flour, fruit cocktail syrup and butter milk in it.
- Then put banana, desiccated coconut and fruit cocktail and fold it.
- Now put this mixture in pan and bake for 3-540 minutes on 180 degrees C.
- Now chill it and serve in plate.
