Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion paste 1
  • Bread slice 2
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First mix beef mince, seekh kabab masala and bread slice and grind in chopper.
  2. Now add gram flour, salt, 1/2 tbsp red chili powder and raw papaya paste and mix it nicely.
  3. After that, put tomato, onion paste, turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt in pot and cook on low flame.
  4. When water of onion and tomato dries, put oil, roast it lightly and remove it.
  5. After that, make kabab in shape of big roll, shallow fry in frying pan and spread on tomato masalay.
  6. When all kabab are fried, add lemon juice, chopped ginger, green chilies , green coriander and black pepper and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. In end, serve delicious hot handi gola kabab.
