Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Bread slice 1
  • Egg whites 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First peel boiled potatoes and mash with fork.
  2. Now cut edges of bread slice and soak with soya sauce in some water. Now mash it nicely and drain its water.
  3. Now mix potatoes in it, add salt, red chili, green coriander, green chilies, rice flour and black pepper and make small small rolls.
  4. After that, dip rolls in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Then heat oil in frying pan or karahi pan and depp fry rolls.
  6. When golden brown in color, take out and serve hot with chili sauce.
