Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • White flour 70 gm
  • Yeast 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Dry fruits 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Sesame seed 2-3 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. For dough: Put yeast in lukewarm water and add cinnamon powder.
  2. When it rise, put flour, butter, icing sugar and salt in mixing bowl, add yeast, knead it and leave on hot place for 2-3 hours.
  3. When it rises, take it out, knead it and then roll it.
  4. For filling: Roast dry fruits in one pan.
  5. Now add butter and sugar in one mixing bowl.
  6. Then put batter of butter and sugar on roti.
  7. Then put dry fruit and roll it.
  8. Then cut into pieces and set in tray.
  9. Then bake on 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Before baking, brush with egg and butter, take it out and serve.
