Ingredients:
For Dough:
- White flour 70 gm
- Yeast 2-1/2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Dry fruits 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Sesame seed 2-3 tbsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
Method:
- For dough: Put yeast in lukewarm water and add cinnamon powder.
- When it rise, put flour, butter, icing sugar and salt in mixing bowl, add yeast, knead it and leave on hot place for 2-3 hours.
- When it rises, take it out, knead it and then roll it.
- For filling: Roast dry fruits in one pan.
- Now add butter and sugar in one mixing bowl.
- Then put batter of butter and sugar on roti.
- Then put dry fruit and roll it.
- Then cut into pieces and set in tray.
- Then bake on 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
- Before baking, brush with egg and butter, take it out and serve.
- Dry fruit sweet balls is ready,
