Ingredients:
- Basmati rice 3 cups
- Tomatoes 2
- Onion 1
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Chopped peanuts 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1
- Bay leaves 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Potatoes 2
- Green peas 1/2 kg
- Carrots 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chicken cubes 2
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and do onion brown. Then put tomato.
- Then add salt, cinnamon, red chili powder, bay leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped peanuts and cumin seeds and roast it.
- Then put 2 cup water, potatoes, peas, carrot and chicken cubes.
- When vegetable is tendered, add soaked basmati rice and cook on low flame.
- In end, keep on simmer and remove from stove.
- Masala bhat is ready.
