Pasta Cake by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Elbow macaroni 6 cups
- Flour 2-3 tbsp
- Milk 3/4 liter
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 small packet
- Capsicum 1 small
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs as required
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil macaroni according to the instruction of the packet.
- Make white sauce by mixing flour, butter, oil, salt, pepper, cream and cheese.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and saute garlic then add chicken salt and pepper, 2 tsp tomato ketchup.
- Mix the white sauce, macaroni and chicken.
- In a round mould brush with the butter or oil and arrange capsicum and ketchup at the base.
- Spread the breadcrumbs and press over the first layer.
- Pour half of the mixture in the mould and then spread chili garlic sauce and the remaining of the mixture.
- Keep inside the oven for few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Revert the mould so the design will come up.
- Garnish it with mayonnaise and ketchup.
