Spicy Meat Balls Stew by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop onion and cook it in a pan till it gets soft.
  2. In a meantime add ginger garlic paste, breadcrumbs, salt and red chili powder in the mince along with saute onion.
  3. The mixture should be shaped into 20 meat balls of a walnut size.
  4. Pout the oil into the frying pan and fry the prepared meatballs till they get brown.
  5. To prepare gravy: In a sauce pan, add oil and chopped onion until soft.
  6. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt, red chili powder and hot sauce.
  7. Now add fried meat balls in the gravy and garnish it with parsley.
