Stir Fried Szechuan Chicken & Vegetable by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Szechuan sauce 3-4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Sliced capsicum 2
  • Cabbage 1/2
  • Sliced cucumber 1
  • Sliced carrot 1
  • Chinese salt 1 pinch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into stripes.
  2. How heat oil and fry ginger garlic, add chicken and fry it.
  3. Then add szechuan sauce and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add soya sauce, black pepper, Chinese salt and salt and roast it nicely.
  5. When masala is roasted, now put green onion, capsicum slice, cabbage and carrot slice, stir fry it, mix it and remove it.
  6. Stir fried szechuan chicken & vegetable is ready.
