Stir Fried Szechuan Chicken & Vegetable by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Szechuan sauce 3-4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Green onion 2-3 sticks
- Sliced capsicum 2
- Cabbage 1/2
- Sliced cucumber 1
- Sliced carrot 1
- Chinese salt 1 pinch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut chicken into stripes.
- How heat oil and fry ginger garlic, add chicken and fry it.
- Then add szechuan sauce and mix it nicely.
- Then add soya sauce, black pepper, Chinese salt and salt and roast it nicely.
- When masala is roasted, now put green onion, capsicum slice, cabbage and carrot slice, stir fry it, mix it and remove it.
- Stir fried szechuan chicken & vegetable is ready.
