Szechuan Fish by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Whole fish 1
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • White flour 1/2 cup
  • Szechuan sauce as required
  • Green onion 3-4 sticks
  • Sliced carrot 1
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First cut fish into pieces.
  2. Now mix garlic paste and salt.
  3. Then coat it with white flour and fry it.
  4. After that, keep fish pieces on platter and put szechuan sauce.
  5. Then put green onion and sliced carrot and serve it.
