Szechuan Fish by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Whole fish 1
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- White flour 1/2 cup
- Szechuan sauce as required
- Green onion 3-4 sticks
- Sliced carrot 1
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First cut fish into pieces.
- Now mix garlic paste and salt.
- Then coat it with white flour and fry it.
- After that, keep fish pieces on platter and put szechuan sauce.
- Then put green onion and sliced carrot and serve it.
