Spicy Daal Palak by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Yellow lentils 1 cup
- Red lentils 1 cup
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Tomato 250 gm
For Tarka:
- Curry leaves 10
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves 10
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
Method:
- Wash yellow lentils, red lentils and spinach and cook on low flame.
- When it is tendered, put red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and tomato and strangulate it nicely.
- Now put chopped green chilies.
- After that, close stove and add cream.
- Then heat oil and do onion brown.
- Now put curry leaves and garlic cloves.
- In end, put tarka on daal palak and serve.
