Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 4
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mash potatoes to serve
  • Coleslaw to serve

For Batter:

  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Water to mix
  • Boiled potato cubes 1
  • Carrot boiled 1
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First marinate chicken breast with salt, white pepper and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Now in dip in ready batter. Then shallow fry it until light golden.
  3. Then take it out and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, put garlic paste, ketchup, paprika, boiled potato cubes and boiled carrot cubes and fry it.
  5. Then add fried chicken breast, cook for 5 minutes and take it out in plate.
  6. Now put grated cheddar cheese on chicken breast and grill for 2 minutes so that cheese melts.
  7. Now serve it with garlic bread, coleslaw and mashed potato.
