Ingredients:

For Brownie Layers:

  • Oil 100 ml
  • Flour 3 oz
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Coco 1 tbsp
  • Toffee or vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Toffee Layer:

  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Salt pinch
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk 75 ml
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp

For Glaze:

  • Dark chocolate chopped 200 gm
  • Cream 200 ml

Method:

  1. First put butter paper in 8 inch square pan and grease it.
  2. Now strain flour and coco together in a bowl.
  3. Then melt chocolate on double boiler.
  4. After that, beat oil, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla essence on low speed in one bowl for 2 minutes.
  5. Now beat with melted chocolate.
  6. Then fold in flour.
  7. Then put mixture in pan, bake on 180 degrees c for 20 minutes take out and chill it.
  8. For toffee layer: Put brown sugar, milk, butter and salt in saucepan and cook for 10 minutes sot that it becomes soft.
  9. Then put luke cold water and take it out in bowl.
  10. Now put cream and vanilla essence and beat until soft.
  11. Put brownies in one pan, spread mixture immediately before it becomes hard.
  12. For glaze: Mix cream and chopped dark chocolate. Now put this glaze on top of toffee brownies and cut into square shapes.
