Mixed Grain & Herbs Salad by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Parsley chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Mint chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Cucumber chopped 1
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup
  • Silvered almonds 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 2 springs
  • Currants 1/4 cup

For Dressing:

  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Sumac 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Now mix all ingredients and make salad.
  2. For dressing: Mix all ingredients.
