Ingredients:
- Parsley chopped 1/2 bunch
- Mint chopped 1/2 bunch
- Cucumber chopped 1
- Capsicum chopped 1
- Carrot chopped 1
- Tomato chopped 1
- Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup
- Silvered almonds 1/2 cup
- Spring onion 2 springs
- Currants 1/4 cup
For Dressing:
- Garlic cloves 3
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Sumac 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Now mix all ingredients and make salad.
- For dressing: Mix all ingredients.
