Spicy Roast Potatoes by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Potatoes peeled 750 gm
- Tomato chopped 2
- Onion diced 1/2
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin ground 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Butter cubed 50 gm
- Coriander chopped to garnish
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in frying pan, put diced onion and cook it until it becomes soft.
- Then put garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin ground and salt and cook until fragrance comes.
- Now add tomato chopped in pan and cook until soft and completely mix.
- Then put salt. Boil potato in salt water until tender in this time.
- Then take out potato, put in baking tray and mash it with fork.
- The more is spread, the more it becomes crisp.
- Now put sauce on top of potato, mix it nicely, then spread butter cubed and bake in oven on 200 degrees c for 15 minutes until it becomes golden and crisp.
