Tofu & Egg Pudding by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Tofu 300 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Green food color 1 pinch

Method:

  1. First put tofu in sieve and mash it.
  2. Now beat sugar and eggs.
  3. Then add vanilla essence and cream and beat it.
  4. Then put tofu and beat it.
  5. Then add milk and green food color, beat it nicely, put in oven proof dish and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  6. Tofu & egg pudding is ready.
