Ingredients:
- Tofu 300 gm
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
- Green food color 1 pinch
Method:
- First put tofu in sieve and mash it.
- Now beat sugar and eggs.
- Then add vanilla essence and cream and beat it.
- Then put tofu and beat it.
- Then add milk and green food color, beat it nicely, put in oven proof dish and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Tofu & egg pudding is ready.
