Baked Mince Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg boiled
  • Mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1/4 cup
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Fries fried 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs 2 sliced
  • Blended tomatoes 2

Method:

  1. First cover it and cook mince with blended tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, green chilies, coriander and 1 cup water until it is ready.
  2. Then give simmer of coal.
  3. Then take baking dish and spread half rice.
  4. Then cover with mince, dessicated coconut, spring onion, tomato puree, fried fries, boiled egg and remaining rice.
  5. In end, bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C.
