Coconut Milk Jelly by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- Coconut 1 cup
- Caster sugar 3/4 cup
- Vanilla or coconut essence 1/2 tsp
- Gelatin 2 tsp
- Coconut macrons for garnish
Method:
- First dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
- Now blend coconut with 1 cup milk.
- Then beat it remaining milk and caster sugar and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- After that, take it out, add vanilla or coconut essence and dissolved gelatin and put in gelatin mold.
- Then chill it for 4 hours.
- Now put in serving dish and garnish with coconut macrons.
