Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Makai flour or gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Green chili as required
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 2

Method:

  1. Mix eggs, salt, garam masala, red chili, crushed red chili, pomegranate seeds, cumin, coriander, coriander leaves and gram flour nicely.
  2. No make chapli kabab and keep in freezer.
