Corn & Egg Fried Rice by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients:
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Baby corn 7-8
- Boiled corn 1/2 cup
- Green onion 2
- Boiled rice 1-1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Dakhni mirch 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in karahi pan and fry garlic.
- Now add baby corn, boiled corn and green onion and saute it.
- In end, put boiled rice, salt, black pepper, dakhni mirch, vinegar, soya sauce and eggs.
- When ready, serve hot.
