Corn & Egg Fried Rice by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients:

  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Baby corn 7-8
  • Boiled corn 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 2
  • Boiled rice 1-1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dakhni mirch 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry garlic.
  2. Now add baby corn, boiled corn and green onion and saute it.
  3. In end, put boiled rice, salt, black pepper, dakhni mirch, vinegar, soya sauce and eggs.
  4. When ready, serve hot.
