Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 1
- Chopped garlic 4
- Green chilies 6
- Oil 1 cup
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Separate flower of cauliflower and wash it.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan, put chopped garlic, do golden brown and add gobi.
- Together put turmeric and salt and roast it nicely.
- After that, put fenugreek leaves, chopped green chilies and crushed red chilies and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- In end, put chopped ginger and chopped green coriander and serve with hot hot chapati.
