Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 1
  • Chopped garlic 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Separate flower of cauliflower and wash it.
  2. Now heat oil in karahi pan, put chopped garlic, do golden brown and add gobi.
  3. Together put turmeric and salt and roast it nicely.
  4. After that, put fenugreek leaves, chopped green chilies and crushed red chilies and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In end, put chopped ginger and chopped green coriander and serve with hot hot chapati.
