Ingredients:
- Pumpkin 250 gm
- Red chilies 4
- Fenugreek seeds few
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pot and fry fenugreek seeds.
- When fragrance comes, then add sweet pumpkin.
- Together put salt, jaggery, tamarind paste, onion seeds, red chilies and fennel seeds and cook on low flame.
- When pumpkin is tendered, then roast it lightly.
- Meehtay kadu ki sabzi is ready.
