Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Cocoa 4 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Butter 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Vanilla/Chocolate ice cream as required
- Milk as required
For Decoration:
- White/Plain chocolate as required
- Food colors or sprinkles as required
Method:
- Sift all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
- Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy and add the vanilla essence.
- Add the eggs one by one into butter mixture and mix.
- Now fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture.
- Pour in a bit of milk if needed, according to the consistency.
- Grease the plan and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
