Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Cocoa 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla/Chocolate ice cream as required
  • Milk as required

For Decoration:

  • White/Plain chocolate as required
  • Food colors or sprinkles as required

Method:

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy and add the vanilla essence.
  3. Add the eggs one by one into butter mixture and mix.
  4. Now fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture.
  5. Pour in a bit of milk if needed, according to the consistency.
  6. Grease the plan and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
