Ingredients:
- Eggs 5
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Hazelnuts 1/2 cups
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Ferrero Rocher chocolates for garnish
- Milk as required
For Frosting:
- Nutella 1 cup
- Icing sugar 1/4 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Ferrero Rocher chocolates as required
Method:
- Sift the dry ingredients and keep them aside.
- Mix sugar into eggs and beat well until thick.
- Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well combines.
- Grease the an and bake the cake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
- For frosting: Mix the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, mix in the nutella and beat for 3 minutes.
- Crush the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and fold them in the frosting.
- Spread the frosting on the cake and top it with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
