Ingredients:

  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Hazelnuts 1/2 cups
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates for garnish
  • Milk as required

For Frosting:

  • Nutella 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates as required

Method:

  1. Sift the dry ingredients and keep them aside.
  2. Mix sugar into eggs and beat well until thick.
  3. Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well combines.
  4. Grease the an and bake the cake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
  5. For frosting: Mix the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, mix in the nutella and beat for 3 minutes.
  6. Crush the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and fold them in the frosting.
  7. Spread the frosting on the cake and top it with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
