Ingredients:
- Big tomatoes 6
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 2
- Green chilies 4
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First cup upper portion of big tomatoes and take out its pulp.
- Now put machine grinded mince, tomatoes pulp, some oil, salt, turmeric and red chili flakes in karahi pan and roast it.
- Then ad tamarind paste and onion seeds, keep on simmer for 5 minutes, remove it and cool it.
- After that, mix chopped onion, finely chopped green chilies and finely chopped green coriander.
- Now fill tomato one by one by mince carefully, keep upper portion and close with toothpicks.
- Then spread remaining mince in big pot.
- After that, fry tomatoes lightly in frying pan and put on mince.
- Now put 3 tbsp oil on top, cover it and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve delicious bharay howay tamatar with hot chapati.
