Ingredients:

  • Beef brain 1
  • Lemons 3
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

To Boil the Brain:

  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Black peppercorns 4

Method:

  1. Wash beef brain nicely, boil with water, garlic cloves and black peppercorns in pot. Then clean its veins and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in karahi pan or pot, do finely chopped onion golden brown and take out half onion.
  3. Put ginger garlic paste, yogurt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric and all spice powder in half onion, roast it nicely and add brain.
  4. After that, put salt, hold pot, shake it and roast brain like this.
  5. Then put finely chopped green chilies, lemon juice, finely chopped green coriander and remaining half onion and serve hot.
