Fruity Kheer With Custard by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Pineapple cubes 1 tin
  • Peaches 2
  • Bananas 2
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Almonds 15
  • Chopped pistachio 15
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla custard 3-4 tbsp
  • Kulfi syrup 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put boiled rice, fresh milk and sugar in pot and cook it until all three becomes intimate.
  2. Now dissolve vanilla custard in half cup cold milk.
  3. When kheer becomes thick in some time, then remove it.
  4. When kheer is chilled, add kulfi custard and mix pineapple cubes, peaches and bananas.
  5. In end, out almonds and chopped pistachio and serve chilled kheer.
