Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Pineapple cubes 1 tin
- Peaches 2
- Bananas 2
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Almonds 15
- Chopped pistachio 15
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Vanilla custard 3-4 tbsp
- Kulfi syrup 1 cup
Method:
- Put boiled rice, fresh milk and sugar in pot and cook it until all three becomes intimate.
- Now dissolve vanilla custard in half cup cold milk.
- When kheer becomes thick in some time, then remove it.
- When kheer is chilled, add kulfi custard and mix pineapple cubes, peaches and bananas.
- In end, out almonds and chopped pistachio and serve chilled kheer.
