Paneer Palak by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled spinach 1 kg
- Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Whole red chili 4-5
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put spinach, saute it and cook until it becomes soft.
- Then grind it and make paste.
- Put oil in pan and put whole red chilies into 2 pieces.
- Then add cumin powder, mustard seeds and green chilies and roast it nicely.
- Together add some water.
- Now add palak paste, lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste and leave for cook.
- When salad becomes ready, then take out in serving dish.
- After that, cut paneer into cubes, fry it lightly and put on top of salan.
- In end, garnish with green chilies and green coriander and serve.
- Delicious paneer palak is ready.
