Paneer Palak by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled spinach 1 kg
  • Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole red chili 4-5
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put spinach, saute it and cook until it becomes soft.
  2. Then grind it and make paste.
  3. Put oil in pan and put whole red chilies into 2 pieces.
  4. Then add cumin powder, mustard seeds and green chilies and roast it nicely.
  5. Together add some water.
  6. Now add palak paste, lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste and leave for cook.
  7. When salad becomes ready, then take out in serving dish.
  8. After that, cut paneer into cubes, fry it lightly and put on top of salan.
  9. In end, garnish with green chilies and green coriander and serve.
  10. Delicious paneer palak is ready.
