Chicken & Honey Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, crushed black pepper and crushed red pepper.
  2. Now mix ketchup with honey, chili sauce and mustard paste and put on chicken.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry crushed garlic until golden.
  4. Now add marinated chicken, cover it, cook on low flame for 20 minutes and serve with dinner rolls.
