Chicken & Honey Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, crushed black pepper and crushed red pepper.
- Now mix ketchup with honey, chili sauce and mustard paste and put on chicken.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry crushed garlic until golden.
- Now add marinated chicken, cover it, cook on low flame for 20 minutes and serve with dinner rolls.
