Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg boiled
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
  • Almonds grinded 2 tbsp
  • Coconut grinded 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil mutton in 2 cup water until it becomes ready.
  2. Now mix coconut grinded, almonds and green chilies and make paste.
  3. Now beat yogurt with salt and white pepper.
  4. Heat oil and fry boiled mutton with ginger julienne for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add yogurt with 1 cup water, cover it and cook until mutton is ready.
  6. Now put almond paste and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. In end, put cream, lemon juice, kewra water and green cardamom powder, mix it and serve hot.
