Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg boiled
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
- Almonds grinded 2 tbsp
- Coconut grinded 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 4 chopped
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/4 tsp
- Kewra water 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil mutton in 2 cup water until it becomes ready.
- Now mix coconut grinded, almonds and green chilies and make paste.
- Now beat yogurt with salt and white pepper.
- Heat oil and fry boiled mutton with ginger julienne for 5 minutes.
- Then add yogurt with 1 cup water, cover it and cook until mutton is ready.
- Now put almond paste and cook for 10 minutes.
- In end, put cream, lemon juice, kewra water and green cardamom powder, mix it and serve hot.
