Ingredients:
- Chocolate biscuits 200 gm
- Melted butter 4 oz
- Gelatin 3 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Curd cheese 8 oz
- Caster sugar 3/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream whipped 12 oz
- Cherry pie filling 1 tin
Method:
- Put crushed chocolate biscuits and melted butter in one bowl and mix it.
- Now put in 8 inch tin and press it nicely.
- Then dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
- Now beat curd cheese, caster sugar and lemon juice and make thick.
- Then fold gelatin in cheese mixture and cream.
- Now take out 1/3 tsp of cheese mixture and put on crumbs mixture.
- After that, put layer of cherry pie filling and spread remaining cheese mixture.
- Then chill more until it top layers becomes hard.
- In end, do topping with pie filling, decorate with fresh cream, chill it nicely and serve.
