Easy Cake Mix by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Marble cake mix 1 packet
• Eggs 2
• Milk/Water 2-3 tbsp
• Butter 1/4 cup

Method:

1. Beat butter in a bowl and add eggs one at a time. Beat well.
2. Now add milk in cocoa powder mix and add in vanilla batter in dollops.
3. Then mix in the batter gently to create marbled effect.
4. Pour the batter in a greased baking tin and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes.
5. Once, cake is bake, let it cool for 10 minutes on wire rack.
6. Later, unmould the cake on wire rack to let it cool completely.
