Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

For Making Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, tomatoes and turmeric and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put in pot and cover it until chicken tender and water dries.
  3. After that, cut green chilies into long.
  4. Now heat oil, fry chopped green chilies and put chicken.
  5. For rice: Boil 2 cup water.
  6. When it boils, put saffron, green chilies and salt.
  7. Then add soaked rice.
  8. When it comes on simmer, put butter, black pepper and raisins and close stove.
  9. In end, take out rice in dish, put on chicken and serve.
