Ingredients:

For Making Cake:

  • Self raising flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Ice cream sticks 10
  • Sugar syrup 1 cup

For Coating:

  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Red color 1/2 tsp
  • Candy sprinkle as required

Method:

  1. First beat icing sugar and butter nicely.
  2. When it becomes like cream, then add beaten eggs.
  3. Then put self raising flour and fold it.
  4. Now put in greased brownie tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  5. After that, take it out, chill it and cut with heart cookie cutter.
  6. Then dip in sugar syrup, Now put red color in whipped cream and mix it.
  7. After that skew one one cookie on ice cream sticks and coat it.
  8. In end put candy sprinkle and garnish it.
