Ingredients:
For Making Cake:
- Self raising flour 2 cups
- Eggs 2
- Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Butter 200 gm
- Ice cream sticks 10
- Sugar syrup 1 cup
For Coating:
- Whipped cream 2 cups
- Red color 1/2 tsp
- Candy sprinkle as required
Method:
- First beat icing sugar and butter nicely.
- When it becomes like cream, then add beaten eggs.
- Then put self raising flour and fold it.
- Now put in greased brownie tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- After that, take it out, chill it and cut with heart cookie cutter.
- Then dip in sugar syrup, Now put red color in whipped cream and mix it.
- After that skew one one cookie on ice cream sticks and coat it.
- In end put candy sprinkle and garnish it.
