Prawn Jalfrezi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Clean prawns 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger 1
- Capsicum 1
- Green chilies 3
- Wooster shier sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Tamarind pinch
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion slices.
- Now add ginger julienne, prawns, wooster shier sauce, ketchup, tamarind, chili powder, black pepper, mustard powder and vinegar and toast it nicely.
- In end, put long stripes green chilies, capsicum julienne and chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add all spice and take it out.
