Ingredients:
- Bread slices 6-8
- Cottage cheese 2 packets
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Small cardamom 8
- Sugar 1 cup
- Khoya 125 gm
- Water 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Pistachio, Almonds as required
Method:
- First cut four sides of bread slices, heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry it.
- When golden brown, then take it out.
- Now put fresh milk, khoya and small cardamom in pot and cook it.
- When it comes to thick, dissolve corn flour in some milk, mix in it, cook for 2 minutes and remove it.
- Then mix water and sugar and make syrup.
- When sugar is dissolved, put grated cottage cheese, cook for 2 minutes and remove it.
- After that, make layer of milk in one deep dish, do bread slices into 2 pieces and spread over milk.
- Then put almonds, pistachio, some raisins out of 1/2 cup and paneer syrup.
- In end, put again milk, cheese and remaining meva, chill it and serve.
