Ingredients:
For Making Wara:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Gram flour 2 cups
- Green chilies 2 tbsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Water 1 cup
- Oil for frying
For Making Chutney:
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Tamarind juice 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Method:
- For wara: Mix boiled potatoes, pomegranate seeds, cumin seeds, salt, green chilies and green coriander.
- Now make waray.
- Then add water in gram flour, dissolve it and fry waray in hot oil.
- For chutney: Grind all ingredients together.
- Now cut pao breads, put chutney, keep wara and serve.
