Ingredients:

  • Pao bread 6

For Making Wara:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

For Making Chutney:

  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Tamarind juice 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For wara: Mix boiled potatoes, pomegranate seeds, cumin seeds, salt, green chilies and green coriander.
  2. Now make waray.
  3. Then add water in gram flour, dissolve it and fry waray in hot oil.
  4. For chutney: Grind all ingredients together.
  5. Now cut pao breads, put chutney, keep wara and serve.
