Shanghai Chicken Salad by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Rice vinegar 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 1/3 cup
- Sesame oil 1/4 cup
- Fresh ginger 1 tbsp
- Chicken boiled 1 cup
- Shredded cabbage 1/2
- Sliced capsicum 1
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Chowmein noodles 1 cup
Method:
- Shred the boiled chicken into bites size pieces.
- Whisk vinegar, soya sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and ginger together in a large bowl.
- Add shredded chicken, cabbage, capsicum and spring onions and toss to combine.
- Toss in chowmein noodles and serve.
