Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Chopped carrots 2
- Cheddar cheese 1 packet
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce as required
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in pot, put chicken mince, ginger garlic paste and salt and roast it.
- Now boil potatoes nicely and mash it.
- When water of mince dries, add chili garlic sauce, peas and chopped carrots, roast it nicely and put black pepper.
- Then grease one baking dish, spread mince and spread potatoes on top.
- After that, put grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Then spread bread crumbs.
- Heat oven on 250 degrees C. Now bake pie for 20 minutes. When golden brown on top, chicken & potato is ready. Put some chili garlic sauce when serving.
