Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in pot, put chicken mince, ginger garlic paste and salt and roast it.
  2. Now boil potatoes nicely and mash it.
  3. When water of mince dries, add chili garlic sauce, peas and chopped carrots, roast it nicely and put black pepper.
  4. Then grease one baking dish, spread mince and spread potatoes on top.
  5. After that, put grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Then spread bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oven on 250 degrees C. Now bake pie for 20 minutes. When golden brown on top, chicken & potato is ready. Put some chili garlic sauce when serving.
