Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green onion 2 sticks
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat butter in one pan, add green onion, chopped garlic, curry powder, crushed coriander and white pepper, mix and fry it.
  2. Now put water as required and cook until boil.
  3. Then add soya sauce and grated coconut and mix it.
  4. When mixture becomes thick, add lemon juice and honey, mix it, cook for 2-3 minutes and remove it.
  5. Now heat oil in second pan, add onion and garlic cloves and fry it.
  6. After that add chicken, fry it, add water as required and cook chicken until tender.
  7. When chicken is nearly tender, add soya sauce and keep on simmer.
  8. When simmer is completed, take out and serve.
