Ingredients:
For Dough:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Egg 1
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Filing:
- Eggs 4
- Onion 1
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil/Clarified butter as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put all ingredients of dough in mixing bowl and mix it.
- Now knead it, make portions, roll it and keep it aside.
- Then mix all ingredients except oil of filling in mixing bowl and mix it.
- Then put filling in center of roti, brush with eggs and close like envelope.
- Now brush with eggs and roast it.
- When ready, remove it and serve it.
