Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Filing:

  • Eggs 4
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil/Clarified butter as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients of dough in mixing bowl and mix it.
  2. Now knead it, make portions, roll it and keep it aside.
  3. Then mix all ingredients except oil of filling in mixing bowl and mix it.
  4. Then put filling in center of roti, brush with eggs and close like envelope.
  5. Now brush with eggs and roast it.
  6. When ready, remove it and serve it.
