Ingredients:

  • Kashmiri chili paste 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic and onion.
  2. Then add Kashmiri chili paste and roast it.
  3. Now add salt and mix it.
  4. Then add tamarind paste and mix it.
  5. After that, put in blender, make paste, put again in pan, cook for 1-2 minutes and remove it.
