Hot Chili Spicy Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Kashmiri chili paste 1/2 cup
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic and onion.
- Then add Kashmiri chili paste and roast it.
- Now add salt and mix it.
- Then add tamarind paste and mix it.
- After that, put in blender, make paste, put again in pan, cook for 1-2 minutes and remove it.
