Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Mutton paya 4
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First boil mutton paya with salt, onion, turmeric and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste until tender.
  2. Then keep it aside.
  3. Now heat 1/2 cup oil, put 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, all spice, chili powder and coriander powder and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put yogurt, cover it and cook until it nearly becomes ready.
  5. After that, add paya with stock and cook on low flame until both are cooked and thick gravy remains.
  6. Now sprinkle all spice, coriander leaves, green chilies and saffron and serve with naan.
