Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Mutton paya 4
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Onion 1 sliced
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- First boil mutton paya with salt, onion, turmeric and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste until tender.
- Then keep it aside.
- Now heat 1/2 cup oil, put 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, all spice, chili powder and coriander powder and fry it nicely.
- Then put yogurt, cover it and cook until it nearly becomes ready.
- After that, add paya with stock and cook on low flame until both are cooked and thick gravy remains.
- Now sprinkle all spice, coriander leaves, green chilies and saffron and serve with naan.
