Ingredients:
- Prawns 1 kg
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Red chili 2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Dry red chilies 4
- Butter 50 gm
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- First heat butter, fry prawns and take it out.
- Fry oil in this pan and put onion paste.
- When water dries, put ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, crushed black pepper and tomato and roast it.
- After that, put prawns, fish sauce, dry red chilies, green chilies and lemon juice, keep on simmer for 5 minutes and close the stove.
