Ingredients:
- Lady fingers 1/2 kg
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Roast fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin and mustard seeds on tawa and grind finely.
- Now put this masala in a bowl, mix tamarind paste and make thick paste.
- Then wash lady fingers, dry it, mark cut and fill masala in it.
- After that heat 1/2 cup oil in pan, fry lady fingers lightly.
- Don't stir it continuously, when lady fingers is cooked, add salt in end and serve with hot chapati.
