Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Onion paste 2
- Egg 1
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
For Serving:
- Lettuce leaves as required
- Onion as required
- Tomato as required
- Cucumber as required
Method:
- Put onion paste, crushed black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, egg and lemon juice in one bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now paste on whole chicken and leave for 2 hours.
- Then put chicken in pot, cover it, cook on low flame and turn its side after 10 minutes.
- When chicken is tendered well, put ghee and roast it.
- In end, take out in dish and serve with lettuce leaves, onion, tomato and cucumber.
